Connect to a Technada remote session.

This page is the public entry point for Technada's self-hosted remote support relay. Install the RustDesk client below, configure it with the server values listed, and your technician can establish a secure end-to-end encrypted session with you.

RustDesk is the cross-platform client we use. It is free and open source. Pick the version that matches your device.

Point your client at our relay

Open RustDesk, click the hamburger menu (three lines, top-right of the main window), then select ID/Relay Server. Enter the values below.

You are ready

  1. Click OK to save the server values, then fully quit and relaunch RustDesk. The main window should show a green Ready indicator and your 9-digit ID.
  2. Share your ID and the one-time password shown in the app with your Technada technician. The technician enters your ID, then your password, and a session begins.
  3. For ongoing unattended access, click the small menu next to the password field and set an unattended password. Eight characters minimum.
